I scored an ace!
This was for my husband's birthday, a special one and as normal I was drawn to wild honey and vintage photo distress inks! I just love that colour! The sentiment was a paper artsy stamp and the playing card was a wooden a stamp I picked up somewhere ages ago. I cut the playing card out and used paper distress stain to mellow it a little. Tim's flourish is a well used stamp in my house and came out trumps again.a stema punk charm and a crown finished it off, except for the tiny "love grows" unity stamp in the top right. I do wonder quite how we got this old but hey still having fun!

The colours are great Bev and the flourish is beautifull and deserves to be used lots .xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I love the colours (well, VP is my absolute favourite!) The flourish is incredible and I didn't spot the stamp in the top until you pointed it out which just shows how much there is to admire elsewhere! I am sure Marcus was thrilled with this!
